"We were very happy with our stay at Axel Beach - friendly staff (and friendly guests), good buffet breakfast to start the day off, ideal location for Yumbo and also a good location generally. Our room (balcony/garden view) was spacious, had everything we needed and it was good to have a bedroom separate to the lounge and kitchenette. Hopefully we'll be back to Gran Canaria and we would definitely stay at Axel Beach again! "

"It was a nice place, breakfast was good as well however parking was limited and we had to park outside the property several times. In addition what was disappointing is that the adults only pool can only be accessed if you have an adults only room rather than being for adults only. This means that the majority of people gather around one pool rather than being able to access both. The two pools was one of the selling points for us and we did not realise you needed to book specific room types, so be aware when you book your room."

Staff: Great staff who were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The breakfast staff were a delight. Room: Had a partial sea view room which was great. Clean and quiet. "The food was INCREDIBLE! Thee rest buffet restaurant and all inclusive I’ve been to by far. It was very windy and rainy most days I was there but the staff made up for it by putting together games and fun drinks for both adults and kids. It was so much fun but also nice and relaxing. The amenities were phenomenal and my room was impeccable 😊🙌"
