"Check in was a nightmare"

"Rooms are small with hardly any storage. Bathroom was disgusting…mold/ dirt in the corners. No do not disturb sign for our door. The cashiers were very friendly. Hotel staff at registration not so much. I like to stay at different hotels when I come to Vegas and this one will not be revisited. "

"Overall our stay at the Flamingo was great. The room was a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on in the lobby/casino, but it didn't interfere with anything. We used the spa and it was a great experience. The family pool was also a good time. "

"The air conditioner in our room didn’t work well, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The pool wasn’t open either, so you had to walk another Caesar property for any pool time."

"Called the Venetian after booking two suites to request adjoining rooms. The rep confirmed our adjoining room reservation during check-in but rooms were still being cleaned. Received a text several hours later providing the particulars of one room that was clean. When we arrived in the room, it was obvious that there was not a connecting door to a second suite. I immediately contacted the front desk who explained no adjoining rooms were available. As disappointed as we were, we explained that we understood and wished to cancel the second suite (which had not yet been communicated) as there were two minors on the reservation. The hotel refused to cancel and insisted we would be charged 5-nights for both suites. Fortunately, Hotels was able to reimburse us for three nights but we still lost several thousand dollar on the reservation. Therefore, I would not recommend giving this hotel/casino any money via stays, eats or gambling. They are crooks!"
