"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely gorgeous—everything from the design to the overall atmosphere was one of a kind. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made it even more comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always willing to help and making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. One of the best parts was the location—there’s so much to do around the hotel! Whether you’re looking for dining, shopping, or just exploring, everything is conveniently close by. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place with great service and plenty to do nearby."

"Someone came knocking at the door in the hoyr before check out and didnt speak english. I spent several minutes trying to figure out what they wanted. Please leave folks alone prior to check out"

"Great place to stay, we always stay here for the park-n-fly when we go to Miami for our cruise."

"Very late check in got the run around for awhile they Keir telling us any minute for hours. We left came back and so wasn’t ready by 7. The pool and hot tub was not well kept or rules enforced AT ALL. The pool experience was definitely SOMETHING the kids with and with parents followed none of the hotel rules. I got up at 5AM to try and beat the crazy kids fit the hit tub they weren’t supposed to be in and it was CLOSED and then also the front staff kept telling me into be thirty minutes. He said that up until 9AM which was the real let down as a mom who fought for the time alone to relax. Breakfast was available and edible no complaints there our room was clean. When we called for towels they never came until we stopped the housekeeper the next day in the hallway.. I did have higher expectations for the Embassy but thanks for the stay!"

"The staff was super kind and helpful. I asked if they had a wheelchair so that I could transport my Mom from the car and they did. The coffee/tea/cocoa bar was impressive and the coffee was really good! Breakfast spread was also wonderful. It's a very quaint and clean hotel. My ONLY gripe is: *very low water pressure in the shower. Not a deal breaker, but it's the only area I found could use improvement. "
