"Pros:Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Good variety of breakfast foods and drinks. Cons: Dirty Q tip was in the hallway in front of my door. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. WiFi was horrible! You would lose signal every 30 seconds or so. No ice machine on the 4th floor. "
