"This was the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever booked due to the eclipse, which is fine given the nature of the event but I don’t expect to be billed twice for the room. Second failure would be the morning breakfast room. We arrived at 7:45am to find slices of white bread and cream cheese packets as the only food left. Deciding on a cup of coffee to ponder where else we could go, we discover the coffee urn empty. No food, no coffee, expecting much more than that for $354 dollars a night. No doubt the hotel was sold out due to the eclipse, but you would have thought someone would have thought to keep the breakfast pantry stocked. Room coffee wasn’t drinkable either. So billed twice for the room and no coffee or breakfast available, epic fail and we will take our business elsewhere in the future."
