Excellent customer service . Lovely rooms . Great location

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, breakfast (especially the danish pastries!) was great and very convenient. The only downside for us was not having an open restaurant on property but Jacks next door which staff recommended was excellent.

Easy check in, lovely room if a little dark. Huge bed! Lovely sitting room with books and magazines and tea/ coffee making facilities. Breakfast - delicious, beautifully served on little outside area. Very helpful innkeeper. Easy walk to shops and easy drive to beach. Getting to ferry was a piece of cake- stroll to free shuttle bus which is waiting for each ferry return. Great! Lovely base for seeing the Cape. Recommend!

Great stay. Fantastic location for harbour and Hy-line and eating establishments. Accommodation was excellent and super value for money. The staff bent over backwards to help and support. I wish we’d stayed here longer and bypassed Rhode Island!

We stayed here for two nights as a base to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Excellent location, close to the centre of Falmouth for restaurants and shops and walking distance to the passenger Ferry. We also managed a morning swim in the property's pool. Highly recommend this place.

Great little motel with a comfortable room. Amenities were simple as you'd expect, but clean and nicely presented. We didnt get to try out the pool or restaurant but the room was grand.

great property with pool, lovely grounds and breakfast room. Falmouth shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and the beach about 15-20 mins walk at end of the road. We had a lovely couple of nights here and wish we’d stayed longer.

Quirkily decorated small but comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast and good cookies in the afternoon. Help yourself policy for teas and coffee anytime of the day. Friendly stafff.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay from start to finish. I would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality hotel experience — and seriously, don’t miss the breakfast lots of choice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful — it set the tone for a great stay. Used the laundry facilities too they were good

The room was clean

Good location for exploring Cape Cod. Pool was clean and great for cooling off at the end of the day. Free parking. Nice check in.
