"I was there for 3 nights. The heat worked fine on Wednesday and Friday nights but the system somehow changed from heat to air conditioning on Thursday night. It was a below freezing March night and the room got quite cold. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance would not even look at the problem and my options were to use the electric fireplace for heat and/or she could have additional blankets brought up for me. It was a cold and frustrating night."

"The front desk was fantastic! Great communication. Texted to make sure I knew how to use the fireplace. They made me feel safe. The bathroom needs some updating. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great value for the price in a great location. "

"Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay."

"the shuttle stops running at 10pm which is a drag. Why not midnight. I called. When i arrived in my uber someone else was calling the front desk about the same thing."

"We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! "

"I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Their customer service was not good and the fact that they thought it was ok to run a space heater overnight is not safe."
