"The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely do not recommend. House keeping never came to clean the room or change the sheets and I had been there for 3 whole days. When I got to my room my bed had a very nasty stain on the sheets, and no toilet paper in the restroom, I felt obligated to take a photo of course. Also around 1AM they had plumping issues that made an extremely loud noise you could hear it on the entire 2nd floor for 30 minutes. I also took a video of that. I definitely would like to take the steps needed for a refund. My email linked to my Expedia is the best way to contact to me regarding this issue. Thank you."

"The room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and we were able to relax on the furniture near the pool. There were plenty of pool towels to use. The breakfast was good. Plenty of options for the kids. The waffle maker was a hit. The staff was very friendly."
