A delightful stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was so kind and they were so sweet to our three year old. Will absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area!
Newer facility. Friendly and professional staff. Close to Main Street and all town amenities. Great restaurant experiences. This is an upscale accommodation.
Beautiful new property right downtown in perfect location to explore the area without even getting back into car until ready to go home.
Check in was awkward; but after in room, no issues.
Lounge was especially fabulous (coffee, tea and beautiful fireplace) during rainy weather.
Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. The staff were so kind and super accommodating! You really would miss out on a Gem of a property, if you skipped on The Drew! We loved it, oh and the beds and pillows were just like home! Only thing to make it better is if, there was a chair to sit and relax in the room itself. Otherwise, my Mom and and I loved it!
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel and this town! We were looking for a stopping point from Newport before we flew out of Boston.
Didn't realize this was newly remodeled and like new. Everything was so beautifully appointed and the highest of finishes and decor. My husband and I both agreed the owners spared no expense to put forth a simply gorgeous hotel to stay at.
The downstairs (basement) room was amazing. bonus Nepresso coffee machine and filtered cold water. great relaxing areas throughout the whole basement area.
We were so pleasantly pleased. Close by the Main Street where there are many shops and great restaurants.
Pure enjoyment!
Their staff leave at 5:00 pm. So after that you check yourself in. They do not leave the WiFi login info anywhere. They have an “after hours” number but it goes to voicemail. They did call back. The Expedia says it includes breakfast. That is a $15 voucher to a general store about 4 blocks away. Wish it had explained ahead of time because we were in a hurry that morning. The room was nice and had a nice bed and huge shower. The property itself is adorable. They have parking which is a plus in Plymouth.
No coffee in the room. No coffee in the lounge. Those things are nice as most locations in the area dont open till 7 or 8am. Plus they are several blocks away. Just a thought.
But in the hotels defense, it seems like coffee in the room is not big in most places in Massachusetts.
They could use an elevator? We lugged out 3 luggages up the stairs. Also could use like a table to eat in the room or like a computer table that’s small or something.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
We were not told about the lounge area or the outdoor sitting area. I found them when I was checking out. They had a coffee-water service area but never had any coffee. The bathroom fan runs 24/7, very noisy. Requested a king bed got a queen. No sitting chair in the room.
Overall the hotel is wonderful. I highly recommend. BUT...
The bathrooms have fans going at all times. They can't be controlled by the guest. The staff said it was fire code. There was a constant white noise throughout the night. I closed the door to the bathroom, but it was still loud enough to disrupt my sleep. The bathroom in my room was about 8 feet from a window so I can't imagine how this is a fire/smoke safety measure. Also, many fires result in power outages so the fans wouldn't function in many instances.
I strongly recommend the management take another run at the town to get an exception if in fact this is fire code.
The hotel itself was gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated however, the staff was not the nicest, but I’m thinking it’s more of an East Coast type of vibe. Other than that, it was located perfectly in the middle of the city to be able to walk to lots of great restaurants.
