"Nice stay (if you need to be in central Middlesbrough). The car park is a bit tight, but it has a decent breakfast and pool. Close to city centre if you need to get a late night Parmo fix."

"Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didnโt know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there. We were going to a friends house in Whitby and travelling from west of Scotland. Hence it was good to stop off , we visited Stokesley near bye and loved the English village life . We will stop here again and the cost was worth it."

We were warmly welcomed like old friends by the wonderful owners, Jackie & John. We had high expectations given the positive reviews, & we were not disappointed. John gave us an overview of the history of the house which was a lovely touch. They are rightly proud of their beautiful property, which exudes class, quality & great attention to detail. The room was spacious with clean lines & classic decor, the most comfortable bed with sumptuous linens & a spacious en suite, again with quality...

Short stay for family visit so didn't try the restaurant. Bed room excellent, Hypnos mattress very comfortable. Bath room was a little "tired" and could do with a bit of a re-vamp but that's all. Very clean, will definitely stay again.

A warm welcome on our first visit to this new hotel, right in the centre of Middlesbrough, nearly opposite the town hall. Clean, fresh rooms and a comfortable bed - although ours was only a standard double, rather than king size. Good selection at breakfast.
