"The most tranquil place I’ve stayed at! You wouldn’t think you’re in the heart of the medina. It’s a beautiful Riad that accommodated for all our needs. You must try their dinner service, the beef tagine was the best I had in Marrakech. Our experience here was helped with the wonderful staff that run the Riad. From the chefs that prepared our traditional breakfasts to the front of house staff. Laurent, you have an amazing team here. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully return...

Amazing style. Attention to detail, incredible comfort, award winning food, multilingual staff, boutique (7 rooms) quiet, fantastic service, in the heart of the Medina, feels like a grand house of your own. Assistance booking trips, outings, pick up from airport. Best hotel manager ever, young, French, charming, efficient woman called Karine.

As well as the 5/5 ratings this hotel gets on all metrics, there are a couple of things that make this a great choice for the first time traveller to Marrakech...
The owner is British and spends a decent amount of time talking his guests through the ways of the city. After our introduction we felt a lot more equipped to tackle the streets on our own.
The location has a couple extra of benefits. Firstly the street is wide enough to get a car down so there's no walking the last 1/4 mile...

Riad Adre is beautiful- a calm oasis in the heart of the medina.
Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us.
My son and I had each pre-booked a hammam and massage treatment- one of the best I've ever had.
Breakfast was delicious.
Location was excellent.
Would definitely stay again when in Marrakech.

A truly 5 star experience from which top hotels in marrakesh can only wish for. Luxurious riad, which although in the medina with the souks right on the doorstep, is so quiet when you are in the riad, you wouldn't believe how close you are to everything. Staff can't do enough to help and management always ask how you are and offer help and advice on things to do and see. Thoroughly recommend the restaurant and also hammam and massage, which were great. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if we return to Marrakech in the future!

This is a beautiful, very well managed Riad (hotel). Every corner of the building and every room have been lovingly restored and decorated. The host is great and his staff are friendly and efficient. We wish we had more time to enjoy the place and interact more with the owner. Its amazing that such a centrally located place can be so quiet. The only complaint was that in our room the bed was sagging.

We were met at the airport by the taxi that we had arranged in advance through the Olema. We wholly recommend anyone to do this as it's ideal location equidistant between the old and new part of Town in the hustle and bustle of the Medina means that it's not easy to find on your own. Mubarak, one of the smiley and extremely helpful house boys in the Olema, came to greet us where the taxi dropped us off nearby and guided us to what can only be described as the perfect haven for our stay. The most wonderful hotel in every way - we couldn't fault it. The staff were welcoming and friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had. The housekeeping was faultless, the restaurant staff friendly and attentive and the impression we had was that nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended!!

Our first time visit to Marrakech was memorable as the Hotel & Ryad Art Place is authentic and traditional from the minute you step through the beautiful doorway.
Situated on the Medina, surrounded by alleyways of colourful Souks. We covered the city on foot & this was a perfect way to see the Marrakech neighbourhoods. Hot Air ballooning over the Atlas Mountains at sunrise was amazing. Le Bain Bleu hammam spa was fantastic. Cafe Arabe was amazing food and drink. Shopping at all hours. Medina...

Genuinely an incredible experience at Dar 73. What is hidden behind a small wooden door is exceptional. Convenient walking to Bahia Palace, Badi Palace and Jemaa El Fna.
Great breakfast and food options for lunch or dinner.
Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, explained the area in detail, excursions available and we always so friendly.
Our room was immaculate, spacious and accommodating.
We would recommend this to any family or friends.

An oasis of tranquility in a busy bustling, sometimes overwhelming Marrakesh. Beautiful property, sympathetically turned into a stunning Riad - a stones throw from the Souks. Feels like a film set from another era. Lovely & helpful owners & staff. Thoroughly recommend.
