Newish hotel nice staff. Breakfast was ok. Parking great. Elevator to room so no stairs. Would stay again.

We chose this hotel due to its location near to the cruise port. In this respect, it couldn’t have been better. The port entrance is a few hundred metres from the hotel. We used the port shuttle to get to the ship. $12 per person. The hotel is typical of the Aloft brand with its industrial style decor in the public area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a limited menu for breakfast and dinner, but staff at reception will suggest other places to eat...

Amazing stay. Really enjoyed my stay at Casitas. Travelled from London with my Mother, for a relaxing, chilled vaccay & we got just that staying here. We got a suite, it was clean, well maintained. The cleaner done a great job, she was helpful throughout our stay. Leo the Manager was very helpful. Helped me with a room upgrade and check in ahead of my arrival. Good staff. Lovely last minute booking We found a bar on the front with a brilliant singer so decided to stay for the night So glad we did Had my coffee by the pool ❤️

The facility was excellent i have stayed there 5 time over the years, even before it was upgraded. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We were at the end of our trip and budget and decided to go with a more cost effective hotel. We were blown away by the Renaissance - from the lovely scent as you enter reception, the efficient and speedy check-in, the comfortable bed and powerful shower and the swift check-out we would definitely stay again! Beautiful water views and the perfect location for shopping at Sawgrass Mills

Amazing place! Very clean and wonderfully decorated and maintained. John was really helpful and offered some good advice both about local amenities and transport options if you don’t have a car. All staff I met were friendly. Really can’t praise it enough!
