"Condo in great condition, lovely location. Stay was ruined with ongoing maintenance works on other condos (grinders on balconies / work starting at 8am) throughout the stay. Additional works including ripping out of the fire doors on the building - condo was next to the stairs so had continued noise and dust. Unable to spend time in the condo during the day due to constant noise even worse on balcony. Beach and pool lovely."

"Es ist eine Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Das Appartement und vorallem die Insel Marco Island sind super. Leider war alles eine riesen Baustelle und alles staubig und schmutzig. Die Arbeiter haben um 8.00 Uhr morgens mit lauten Maschinen angefangen zu arbeiten. Mal auf dem Balkon den Ausblick geniessen und ein Cocktail schlürfen war nervig, keine Entspannung. Das schlimmste allerdings war, dass jeder rein und raus ging mit einem Schlüssel, egal ob wir da waren oder nicht....

"We never got to stay at the condo reason being THE keys .the keys that were in the lock box for us were the wrong keys we spend hours trying to solved the problem but there wasn't anybody and I mean no one to help us out .We called security and the person that I spoke to was very disrespectful. My wife and I also my son end up going back home. I wouldn't which this on anyone "
