"High marks for cleanliness and being conveniently located near mass transportation. Unfortunately the street noise and the rumbling and noise of trains every few minutes until the wee hours of the morning left much to be desired. This was not an area where I felt safe being outside after dark but it was quite fine during the day. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast offerings but the bakery across the street was phenomenal and inexpensive. "

"Besides the lovely staff, everything else was below average. The room was tiny, even though we paid for a bigger one. The towels and bedsheets were dirty too, even the fresh ones when we asked them to be changed. We also asked for an ironing board and an iron (pretty standard at any hotel nowadays, especially other 4 star hotels), and they gave us a completely broken ironing board. The only good thing was the location, and the lovely staff. The property itself really needs a lot of maintenance."

"All good but you couldn't get a decent cup of tea. Also, no staff on duty when we arrived in the afternoon so we couldn't get in until a resident arrived with a door key. Pretty poor that."

"Even if you choose to pay at the property and pay extra for it, they still charge you 3 days before because god forbade you from showing up, and even if you are an Expedia Platinum member, thats there policy ? Then remove the pay at property option, and when you ask them about it they say it's our policy and cancel your reservation, and offcourse its 3 days before your trip, and you already have plans, so you have no option but to go to the property and pay, also the room does not have a mini fredgie so if you have to put any midicene you have to put it at the reception. If this is a 4-star property, then I am the king of England. The only saving grace to this " Hotel" is the location, that's it. I recommend any other hotel other than this one; this is just a glorified motel, not more, certainly not worth the money "
