The staff at NH Hotel Gare de l'Est were incredible - welcoming, friendly, incredibly helpful and attentive. I cannot speak more highly of them. I purchased the on-site breakfast package, and I'm so glad I did! Im addition to the food being varied, beautifully displayed, amd good, the staff in the breakfast dining area were so friendly, and cheerful and helpful! They remembered me by name each day and made me feel so welcome.

Great location opposite Gare de l'est and a 10minute walk to Gare du Nord. Quite a small room but that's to be expected in central Paris and it was modern, comfortable and with air con. Only marking down as some of the hotel was being renovated at the time so some noise and mess but once that's finished I'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in the middle of construction, very complicated for guests to move through the hotel and no planning. Staff was very helpfull and that was the best part of the experience.

This hotel was very disappointing for an NH hotel - not the standard you would expect. The hotel appeared to be under renovation everywhere you looked, from duck tape on walls and surfaces to shabby stains in the bathroom, bedroom and communal areas. Would not stay here again.

Since I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, I was prepared to leave my luggage at the reception and get my room in the afternoon. I was surprised, after all the paperwork was completed, the lady at the front desk said, your room is ready and here is your key. A gentleman greeted me at the elevator. Room is clean and the overall service is outstanding. I will be back! Thank you NH.

Great hotel near Metro Station

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Gare De l'Est! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We ordered room service twice and was very happy with the quality of food and how quickly we received it. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awessome with the rain shower head.

Was not aware that the hotel was being renovated and ended up in an unrenovated room. Carpets really bad and bathroom beat up. Beds and linens were ok staff were nice breakfast standard fare Would not recommend until they’ve done renovating

Great little place!

Great little place to stay! Located in an ideal location for travelling to and from the Eurostar , room was larger than expected, clean and offered lots of room accessories from hair dryer, iron, to tea making equipment. All the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly from cleaners, bar staff to the reception team. What a great section of breakfast too. Happy to visit again! Great value for money.
