Wonderful old fashioned hotel and hospitality

The hotel corridors and rooms are very cold. They need to save themselves some money and make it a sensible cool temperature and not like a fridge

on arrival very quick check in staff very helpful indeed room very spacious furnished okay fully fitted kitchen always like this hotel its exellent

The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff are excellent at what they do. The breakfast was very good and I didn’t feel rushed. Aircon is very good throughout. Overall another very good stay and the hotel accommodated in my pre arrival request. Overall excellent value

Spacious, clean & quiet room, really nice! Great location, Intramuros & Rizal Park are within walking distance if you don’t mind a stroll, staff are really friendly & helpful, rooftop views are amazing

Once again a great experience, reception staff excellent as with the restaurant staff so friendly, helpful and proactive Do not lose that Bayleaf your staff are your strongest asset. Keep it up . House keeping dept very helpful

Good as always

Stayed for a couple of nights and very pleased with the hotel for what we paid.

The food was lovely - bit heavy on the truffle oil. Jeffrey, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The rooftop garden was amazing and drinks were tasty.

i would stay again because the hotel offers peace and quiet at night and a great room - large and excellent facilities, a good night's sleep breakfast for a westerner is ok but not great traffic and getting around is a nightmare everywhere in manila
