Very accessible, excellent customer service, very good restaurants in the area, located in a historical site. Property is quite old but being maintained.

Their tapsilog is soooo good! I stayed here for my mandatory quarantine while waiting for my swab test results. It wasn’t bad at all! I got a nice view too!

I really liked the location of your property. The roof top view of Intramuros and old Manila. The breakfasts were tops and the professionalism of the staff staff are a reason I will stay at your hotel in the future.

Property billed as having a rooftop bar. However there isn’t actually a bar so if there aren’t any tables available then you are offered the option of just standing around with a drink. Given this is the only bar in the neighbourhood, it was very busy on a Saturday night and staff at check-in didn’t advise that we should book a table. Also, breakfast selection was pretty poor.

Nice hotel in a great location! Clean room with a great view and comfortable bed. Great view from rooftop restaurant, but extremely difficult to get reservations. Food was great, unfortunately the restaurant service was terrible.
