All round great holiday

We booked the holiday literally two days before leaving as originally were going to Marrakesh. We were very pleased with the reception staff and the guest relations manger Sid came and explained to us the facilities at the all inclusive resort. As much as I'd like to keep this hotel a secret I can't. I feel its only right and just to let the whole world know how amazing it is. The new build us complete and is stunning. All inclusive is more than you'd hope. It includes 3 restaurants (Italian - excellent, seafood and international), a pattiserrie and cafe, excellent usual restaurant food with varied alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. enjoyed all the time we were there especially the adult section. A la Carte restaurants not easy to get into but food was good in A La Carte restaurants Divan restaurant was ok on some days, but also a bit boring,catering too much for the 'English' taste . However the speciality days the food very good. Could do with a bit more Turkish influence in the entertainment area as have been to other hotels in Antalya and we felt we were in Turkey not England!!

Went to Royal Max after being recommended by friends. Hotel was absolutely fantastic, reallly friendly staff, great choice of restaurants, good entertainment and plenty to keep you busy throughout the day. Looking forward to going back next year.

Very crowded even in coronavirus period. Service can be better, overall satisfactory.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights, and the overall experience was wonderful. From the first moment, the attention and service never stopped. Stunning and breathtaking apartment , staff were lovely and amazing , great location by the harbour , will return for sure

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. The hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly. The beach is less than a 3 minute walk away. There are lots of options for food, drinks and coffee close by. The only negatives was the extremely small lift. It barely fit 2 people and we had to fold our buggy everytime we used it to squeeze in. They also wanted our passports upon check in which we didn’t have but accepted photos of them thankfully. Highly recommended - lovely staff, catering and cleaning. All so friendly and helpful. Near to beach and restaurants. Excellent shuttle vehicle to and from the airport. Special thanks to Ibrahim (owner) and Fatwa (Who is an absolute delight) in charge of breakfast each morning on a lovely roof terrace setting overlooking the sea front.

A unique and beautifully restored house (over 100 years old I believe) with a wonderful ambience. The hotel is family owned and run and it is apparent in the attention to detail from the initial welcome on arrival, the delicious and generous breakfast, wealth of information about the area; everything was just perfect. The lady who cleans the rooms was lovely and so helpful even when on 2 separate occasions we forgot to change the sign on our door to request cleaning she was more than happy to...

No need to leave the hotel, there are daily activities including archery in the hotel's adventure park, great facilities for children, gym, indoor pool, great private beach and food/drink wherever you go. Probably the best hotel/resort in Antalya!
