By far the best place we've stayed at in India! Way above standards - staff is extremely helpful, location is magnificent (exactly like on pictures), and infrastructures clean and brand new! If you are looking for calm, rest and magnificent nature definitely go there

Beautifully located in a quiet mountain, rustic location with wonderful views on the Munnar area, this hotel offers spacious and bright rooms with comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms, helpful and polite staff. An inspiring spot for a day or two. Note you'll require a car/cab to get there. Ps: wifi signal could be improved

Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. Clean room, excellent food and helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manager Mr. Yogesh was very kind and remarkable. The staff Arun in the dinning was on top of even the smallest thing. He went above and beyond the call.

Located in the beginning of the town which makes it a quiter from the hassles of the town traffic. Room we stayed was bit smaller but, neat and clean. Had a nice tea estate view from the window. Staff were curtious. Drawbacks are lack of proper car parking and non-availability of lift. Overall had a good stay.

Great location in the middle of woods with a private water falls. Comfortable stay, great hospitality and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Spectacular location and the treehouse was amazing. The resort is tired though, and the dining facilities themselves are fine but the crockery was dirty. We are glad we visited, but one night for us was perfectly enough.
