"All staff were very helpful, friendly, kind and polite including Thomson, the night duty dog and Panther, the day guard dog. Jaja at the front desk is excellent. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide drinking water every day."

"Stayed at the Citadines - Salcedo Makati several times over the years. They have great Staff & Security who meet & great you. Assist you in every way possible, through to ordering taxis - grabs etc. Breakfast can be a bit busy, but the Staff are dealing with a limited space, so respect what they have and don't abuse them? The pool area is under renovations, and I believe they might be creating a Cafe or Bar situation for light drinks / beverages? Lots of nearby restaurants in walking distance...
