I’m frequent traveller where I spend much time in hotel stays, and this hotel is one of those I will definitely go back to again Service, location and the help of staff is amazing

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and after 5 years or so we find it unchanged in the positive sense. Very accommodating staff, and all the services very accessible. We stayed on the 18th floor which has access to the upstairs lounge. All very nice.

Couldn’t fault the hotel. They were very accommodating and the staff everywhere were incredible, Patricia in the restaurant was fabulous and really helpful. Great location. Very spacious room.

A haven of peace and tranquility. It was a real privilege to be here. The traditional building has been beautifully restored with very interesting internal decor. The staff are super-helpful. Thank you, Matildas, for 2 memorable visits.

Helpful staff. Food in the dining room was good, but sometimes the service in the dining room was very slow. Staff in other areas - housekeeping, reception etc could not be faulted.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in abroad and in the United Kingdom. Excellent professional service with fabulous surroundings and facilities. Food and drink options excellent. Welcoming and very friendly the staff are this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble 10/10 🇨🇱

The hotel was excellent from all the staff ,to the great breakfast, to the welcoming afternoon tea in a lovely peaceful oasis. The room was beautiful and all amenities provided including a fresh bottle of water every night. The bed was massive and very comfortable, would definately reccomend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Amazing views ceiling to floor windows, spotless, 10 min walk to great Shopping Malls and restaurants. Will be my No1 go to hotel in Santaigo.

Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home

We stayed here for two nights but arrived late on our first night owing to our flight's arrival time and left very early in the morning due to our flight's departure time! But... This hotel was very well located in a safe neighborhood (IMO). Walking distance to restaurants and the Costanera Center. The hotel itself was very well priced and we got a huge suite for our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would have happily stayed longer and would definitely consider this...

All staff fabulous, couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast very nice, plenty variations.

Quiet hotel in excellent location for a city centre stay. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wide breakfast selection. The wifi was strong in the lounge area but weak with dropouts in our room. On balance good value and we would be happy to return.

Helpful staff. Even let me check in several hours early which was a blessing after a very long overnight flight. Lovely breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Really handy location for the bus stations
