A little Gem in Santiago. Really enjoyed our stay.

A haven of peace and tranquility. It was a real privilege to be here. The traditional building has been beautifully restored with very interesting internal decor. The staff are super-helpful. Thank you, Matildas, for 2 memorable visits.

the reception guys at Ishmael made our stay here. they were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely just wanted to make our stay as good and stress free as possible (we had lost luggage issues and they couldn't have been more helpful). the rooms were clean, bed comfy, shower great and rooftop pool area great for relaxing in the sun or with a glass of wine in the evening. Quiet hotel in excellent location for a city centre stay. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wide breakfast selection. The wifi was strong in the lounge area but weak with dropouts in our room. On balance good value and we would be happy to return.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro but the neighborhood is nice and safe so it was not a problem. Staff only speaks Spanish and it caused some difficulties to check in. They are also very strict with the check in/check out time. As we arrived at 13:45 and the lady refused to check us in 15 minutes earlier. Always very friendly and welcoming. Good price for the area and you get breakfast and an apartment. Very close to Costanera centre. Only small thing is the rooms are very tired looking. There is a lot of wear and tear but still a great place.

Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well. Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working.

The Holitel hotel in Santiago, Los Leones, Providencia is a friendly and well run hotel. The rooms are comfortable and plenty of Wifi for internet roaming. And added bonus is the breakfast included in this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holitel Hotel.

This is the best location if you are waiting to join a cruise ship in San Antonio. Or just want a good place to stay. Little bungalow type accommodation really comfortable. Breakfast usual but ample continental. A bar attached, tours and taxis can be arranged. Lovely restaurant very close.
