"It's so nice to come "home" here after a month of wandering through the UK! Soap dishes and face cloths! We l9ve the restaurant menu, chef, and staff. Just wonderful. Only advice: get another couple of luggage trollies!"

"This hotel is a perfect overnight stay for morning flights out of Heathrow. They have shuttle buses that pick up and drop off every 30 minutes. The room was clean and the restaurant was good quality and large portions. It is looking like it’s due for refurbishment, but regardless, I would still stay here again."

"Breakfast was good... better than out later stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. No big fancy lobby or usual larger check in desk, but modern smaller table with staff. They were already there and helpful. Pool was really nice. We his dinner there too twice and the food was excellent. The Bream worth veg. And beetroot lemon? Computer was amazing!!! Although beam was on the smaller side for a serving of fish at this price, but done well. Hot chocolate was nice and 'cocoay' . Good location for heading to kew gardens and into london. Great start to our vacation.!"
