Very deceptive, location is interesting but once inside its a real gem, the room I had looked like it had recently been refurbed to a very good standard as did the interior of the hotel!
Only suggestion is more or fatter pillows please!
Friendly staff lovely hotel have stayed here before and will stay again I’m sure

Okay if you just want a room only
It was okay. No facilities other than a room. No breakfast service. Also no daily housekeeping as advertised. Spoke to nice lady on reception at check in but never seen anybody after that and was there for 4 nights.
We had to book a hotel stay in near to London due to a last minute train strike.
The hotel is very near the rail station to get into London easily.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.
We had a good night's sleep after a long sightseeing day in London.
The hotel is a fantastic find for anyone who wants a clean, modern and well maintained property. Reception arrival was excellent and the room was more than I expected. It's located close to shops and fast food restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
Upper floor room very warm, only ventilation was a ceiling window. When it was open it was very noisy all night, people shouting outside. No noise insulation. If you are travelling to the airport with cases, please note that there is no elevator. Parking can also be a problem, construction work going on nearby. People checking us in were very nice
Very clean and pleasant room. Excellent facilities and breakfast. Above all very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent would stop there again in a heartbeat.
Spotless room. New bathroom and all in all super clean and friendly staff.

Friendly staff, nice parking space, we started in the top room which was a little hot and we didn't sleep very well, but we were worried about missing our flight early the next day. Very concurrent for Luton airport and the menu looked great but we had already eaten. Would stay there again

This is truly an underrated hotel. It deserves a lot more credit. The decor is lovely. It’s peaceful considering it’s in the town centre. Perfectly clean and well organised. I had a double on the top floor. Lovely and spacious and I would recommend this hotel to be better than most in Luton. The hotel owner is kind, welcoming and a great host.

The room was nice enough and the host is friendly, but the bed was a small double which for my 6ft2 partner was problematic. The sheets had rips and what looked like a cigarette burn in them, and had black marks on them, making me think they were either old and stained and not checked regularly, or were not clean.
The majority of the bathroom seemed clean but the toilet had the previous guests skid marks in it.
The hotel has an extremly small "car park" enough for about 4 cars even though the hotel has many rooms.
No housekeeping during our stay.
We were supposed to stay for two nights but left after one after we came back from a day out.
Host did not even question our early checkout.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear we fail to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. I wish you would had expressed the linen issues to my reception team, they would have moved you to other room or have changed the linen for you.
Our carparking is a first come first service and the spaces are subjected to availability, I do agree is small (6 places) but is a complementary service. Street parking is free of charge on this postcode and my team is always happy to help anyone whom needed.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience during your stay, we really hope you give us the chance to amaze you on your next visit.
