"There was a tray of food outside our door when we checked in. It was still there the next day, which was disgusting!. The waiter had no clue how to pour a glass of wine. He emptied the entire warm bottle of wine into 3 glasses! The egg drop soup had only 2 pot stickers in it and tasted like it had ketchup added. The Greek salad was inedible. No one came back to check on our meals or ask if we wanted anything else."

"Rooms were older style but clean and plenty of room. Staff were very helpful especially Joy and Ashley. Breakfast was normal buffet but nothing else around so suggest pay the night before to get discount. A little out of the way if you don’t have transport but ride cars come quickly."

"Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were big and spacious. Feel the carpets, furniture and design are in need of a refresh. There was a musty smell throughout the corridors and the room smelled sweaty. Fortunately I arrived at 11pm so I opened the windows and aired it out which helped with some of the smell. The corridors were dingy and musty tho."

"The breakfast was sparse - no oatmeal, for example - but okay. It was quiet in the dining area. However, during the peak dinner hour the previous night, 8 pm, it was so loud that it was hard to hear. The ceiling is low and the acoustics bad. It felt like a cafeteria. The food was mediocre although quite expensive. Overall, the room was overpriced, really the only thing to recommend it is proximity to the terminal, which is probably why 90% of people go there. There were four giant pillows on the bed for no reason I could discern except to create the appearance of luxury (the Hilton brand). No two people would use those pillows. The shower was quite good, however. Staff was excellent."
