Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!

clean room, parking reasonable and near to entrance, staff friendly. The food was appalling and there were so many plates with food left on them, not enough staff and a chef who couldn't cook.
