Perfect location

Really nice hotel friendly staff. Excellent choice for breakfast both hot and cold food. Has a very good restaurant on site. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was very clean and the staff were great

Well positioned for the outlets. Lovely and clean and a welcome break from other hotels. We woill certainly stay again on our next visit.

Really lovely hotel. Comfy beds.

We enjoyed 3 @ 5 night stays during June 26 while visiting family and taking in World Cup games at Levi Stadium and San Pedro Square Fanzone. The hotel is excellent, great staff who are always helpful. Well appointed rooms and a good breakfast. Great location especially if you want to use the VTA or Caltrain and a short distance by Lyft / Uber from SJC. We stayed at the hotel in 2025 and I’m sure we will return in 2027.

We stayed on a Sat night, the pool was accross the work plaza. we had a nice bike ride before having sunday brunch. the fron desk was supr freidly and helpful and suggested idea for our stay in Santa Cruz. many thanks

Staff are always amazing here. Only complaint is the noisy fridge - make sure you pull this out of the room before trying to sleep.

Room was spotless and hotel was ideal location to get Light Rail to Levi Stadium. They are in the process of renovating but there is no mess and decorators were very polite and courteous

Noisy guests were a problem, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Really great stay here. Super clean and quiet, with great food options nearby.
