Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, we upgraded to Elite which allowed you to make reservations at restaurants. Food was delicious and staff very attentive.

First time in RIU and definitely not the last. Service was perfect, clean room , pools clean, buffet and all restaurants very good, welcome drink nice. And the pool party’s are amazing.

Great place to stay with everything we needed for a 6 day trip. The property is well laid out with easy access to everything. It doesn’t feel like a maze like some resorts do. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Four pools, five different restaurants plus a buffet, daily entertainment, great beach, access to the next door sister resorts. What more could you ask for. Really enjoyed our time here.

From the moment my wife and I stepped outside the airport the shuttle vehicle was waiting for us. Tge checked in the resort was fast and we were able to enjoy the restaurants and bars around the property. The weather was great the week of October 5th to the 9th.
