This place was amazing- great service! My only complaint was the room service menu was too healthy. I was looking for pizza and burgers but it’s all sandwiches and salads. Other than that, I loved this place!

Staff was always busy making sure the resort was spotless, food service was phenomenal. Fast, efficient, polished routines. Shuttle services from airport was seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

RIU Palace Baja California did not disappoint! The property is modern, very clean, no bugs-not even flies, and has an amazing view. The staff by far was super friendly and welcoming. Huge shot out to Aldo at the buffet! He made our stay awesome! Every staff member worked so hard to service guests quickly and kept the property well maintained. The rooms are as shown and clean. The entertainment staff ensured everyone had a great time. We easily found lounge chairs by the pool and beach at various times throughout the day. The food was good, a little bit of everything. We enjoyed the steakhouse and ate there twice as well as the Italian restaurant. No complaints! They serve mainly Pepsi and Bacardi products but also have Cazadores, Patron, and many other vodka and tequilas. The only beer is Dos Equis. We would definitely return. It’s windy and chilly when the sun isn’t out so pack jeans and hoodies for the evenings and early mornings. If you need to make a trip to Walmart it’s only a $4 Uber ride across the highway. The adult only atmosphere was ideal for us. Thanks for hosting us, RIU Baja California!

For a property so little and so many pools with the temperature barely 80 degrees there pools were freezing and nobody was in the pools. The drinks were nasty and tasted watered down. No elevators all stairs!! Don’t book here!!
