Kind and bilingual staff. The shuttle bus to the airport was convenient, runs every 20 minutes. Everything was really clean, the furniture of the room feels kind of old, but everything was okay.

I’ve stayed at Motel 6s cleaner than here. Bathroom had severe mold, we woke up coughing and congested every morning. Ceiling was leaking water w/ mold so had to throw away some of my makeup and tooth brush. They don’t mention about the $55 a day parking and there is no where else to park so you no choice Kids running around the hallway People banging and slamming doors all night Previous guests hair on the floor and in the shower Tv didn’t work Gave my room away (paid for deluxe) put me in a standard room and said I could upgrade in the morning and then told me they’re sold old and would reimburse me the difference but never did! Stay away: We’re going home sick - congested from how dirty the room is. We’re all coughing.

Property looks nice from the outside, but rooms are so old and the carpet stinks. Not worth the price to be honest. Noisy rooms - people walking by the hallway will wake you up. Good think we only had to stay for less than 8 hours. Could have gotten a better experience at a different hotel for the same price.

This hotel is definitely not up to Marriott standards. It needs a serious renovation both inside the room and throughout the building. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable which was all we cared about during our brief layover in Los Angeles.

We booked two rooms. Both rooms were unclean and disgusting. The bathroom was the worst of it all. I went in to take a shower and the handle for the water came off. The wallpaper was peeling off near the toilet paper holder. Im just disappointed and disgusted! Never again!

Proximity to airport was good. I chose to walk there when landed 1 large suitcases and 1 hand luggage. About 15 min walk. Recommend you have good wheels as the footpath is rough in some areas. Caught the shuttle early morning which was convenient. Also stops at the Sonnesta (could be same ownership) which based on the lobby may be more updated. The room was average from a condition perspective. (Delux King at the end of the corridor. Very functional but old and dated. Bathroom door won't shut. shower head can't adjust downwards, phone didn't work, USB charging on desk didn't work, thermostat didn't work. WiFi didn't work in the room unless you connect in the lobby first. Lifts are old and clunky, I went down to the lobby myself and saw the guy in the shuttle who was leaving in 10mins. Gave me time to get my bags drop the key and head out. If I listened to the lady at check-in the day before I, wouldn't have got to the airport the time I waa told to come down 20 mins later. I will say it was least expensive out of all the hotels in proximity but really in need of renovations. I had a comfy quiet King bed. So it served a solid 7 hr sleep and shower. Nice looking gym, pool and gift store. I didn't use it. It budget motel type room at hotel pricing. You either pay up to $50 AUS more for the area or just accept it.

For it to be a Sheraton it’s outdated. Our room wasn’t clean. There was old food left in the room. The ac didn’t work. Stains on the sheets. Parking fee really high and I expected more from the hotel.

Run down, not friendly. Blood stains on sheets and towels, broken table, broken lights, broken tub drain. Only 3 channels to watch on tv. Bed was very uncomfortable. No fridge, no microwave, no free breakfast, no free parking ($55 a day). They had a little store in the lobby that was super marked up. It sucked to be honest. Worst experience I had in a hotel.

The toilet didn’t work. I had to be switched rooms in the process of switching rooms. My card wouldn’t work for the door so I had to walk downstairs and take the elevator. Literally four times. The staff was rude and sleepy. I will never be coming back to this hotel oh, not to mention none of the rooms have microwaves refrigerators in the phone didn’t work in my room

Smelled like sewage in the lobby. Bar and restaurant closed in the afternoon. Pool was cold, and no service. Rooms were totally outdated, floor to ceiling. Way too much money for the room for what we got. Not even a microwave or mini fridge in the room. One front desk person claimed they charged $50 for early check in.

I had a little problem with the check-in. I waited quite long with getting my paid reservation confirmed. I don"t know if the glitch was in the expedia system or your system. EITHER way is like who done it and what can be done to eliminate or minimize such occurance will be up to the management for each particular hotel or establishment.
