We have stayed here a couple times and liked it. They have a shuttle for nearby locations like the airport, universal studios, etc. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

Front desk manager was irritated when I needed to have my wife check in instead of me, and made a big deal about having to call Expedia to have her added to the party. Walls are thin so we could hear neighbor blasting their TV the whole night. Shower drain didn’t drain properly, so you stand in your puddle while showering. Tolerable if I paid Motel 6 price for this hotel, but I paid 3 times the price for it, so expected more.

The staff we dealt with, from the front desk, the restaurant, the airport transfer and the manager are very accommodating . The hotel lobby renders a very cozy atmosphere.

I was in Burbank for a quick overnight trip. I needed complimentary shuttle service to Warner Brothers and to the airport, and this was the only hotel I could find that offered this. I took a chance booking this hotel sight unseen but was not disappointed. The staff was very nice (especially the shuttle drivers!), and the room was nice and comfortable. Bed linens were fabulous!! The bathroom was modern and ultra clean. If I return to this area, I would love to stay here again!
