Beautiful hotel! I loved that they could open the sliding doors to An outdoor sitting area where you could sit and get fresh air. The staff was probably my favorite part. They were all extremely kind and friendly!

Great property. Service is awesome. We got everything that we need. The hotel is close to everything. Parking is great. The only thing that was an issue is their hot water. No water on some of our mornings due to capacity i think. Need to fix it ASAP

Nice comfortable hotel close to Universal. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the hot water was out on the last day! We waited to shower until close to checkout, but still no hot water!
