The location was convenient, my room was comfortable, and the stay met most of my expectations. The only downside was the inconsistency among some staff members. A few were unfriendly, and I received conflicting information during my stay. One night, I received multiple calls around 2 a.m. about a parking issue, including a threat to tow my car — even though we had already paid for parking. Being woken up at that hour for something that was already resolved was extremely frustrating. Aside from that incident, the hotel itself was great, but the communication from certain staff members definitely needs improvement."
