"Staff at front desk were not very helpful. The bellman was very helpful. He suggested we do self check in and we got our room. Front desks said we would have to come back later. If there was a breakfast included we were not offered it. But the view was fantastic!! "

"Large room and bathroom, amazing view of the river. But… really old and tired, had an iPod dock built int the wall, that can give you an idea of the last renovation! No double glazing and the windows are old and don’t have a good seal so it’s loud from the train bridge. Weird water pipe noises all night that were pretty loud. Tried the fish and chips in the bar, the batter wasn’t cooked properly, and the cocktail was pretty terrible. Both very overpriced and served in a sad almost travellodge like bar. Breakfast, while it seemed like a reasonable selection, the quality of the items was pretty poor. Low quality sausages, dried up bacon, weird industrial looking scrambled egg, fruit that looked canned/frozen, pastries were dry and tasteless. A real shame considering the location and amazing view. Not a 5 star experience at all."
