"The location was great. I would stay again for that reason. The hotel decor is nice. The room was fairly clean, but I found a black hair on my pillow and an old orange juice behind the curtain. The breakfast was yummy but paying ahead was not always convenient (we sometimes decided things last minute) so we only ate there once. There was a cafe/snack place but it seemed to open late and had long lines so I couldn’t grab coffee in the morning. However there is a Dunkin’ right across the street. That too was always very crowded, I would plan to order ahead and pick up. We ended up having to drive in due to a cancelled flight and there is a robo garage that takes your car away right when you pull in, and it was right next door, steps away, it felt safe (since we drove in at night), however expensive as to be expected for manhattan. "

"The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful! There isn't much of a lobby, but the Hole in the Wall restaurant on the other side was nice. Food was great, but so much I couldn't eat it all. Room was quiet and roomy. Nice bathroom with a fan that actually filtered the steam out. For the location, it was a great deal."
