The hottest months are usually July and August, with an average temperature of 21°C, while the coldest months are January and February, with an average of 1°C. Average annual precipitation for London is 1191 mm.
What is there to see and do in London?
You don't have to spend a lot to get to know London. You can budget for the local attractions that interest you most, and then fill your itinerary with activities that cost very little. If you're eager to get outdoors, you can enjoy the natural setting at Buck Creek State Park, Clifton Gorge Nature Preserve or Bridge Park.
How can I get to London and get around on a budget?
Looking at these ways to get around London can help keep you on budget. The most convenient airport is 27.6 mi (44.4 km) from the centre in Columbus, OH (LCK-Rickenbacker Intl.). If that doesn't suit your budget, you can look into flights to Port Columbus International Airport (CMH), which is 30.8 mi (49.6 km) away. London might not have many public transport choices so a rental car could be an economical alternative to see the area.
