"Sean is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting him. The breakfasts were wonderful and very filling. It is a perfect spot to visit Betws-Y-Coed and the Snowdonia region. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone.

The Castle Hotel, Conwy, North Wales
10/10 Excellent
"Great location for visitng Conwy.
our room was on the side facing the road and it was noisy in the morning- despite the ear plugs provided by the hotel. however, it was a very pleasant stay overall

"The hotel was ideally placed for our long weekend break in north Wales. The hotel staff were outstanding throughout and made my wife and I very welcome. The evening meals were a particular highlight. One glitch for the breakfasts, both coffee machines broke down. Staff reacted well with filter coffee made available quite quickly. Our room was superb, impeccably clean, spacious and with excellent views. We saved the spa for next time and will be back!"
