Dinner … the restaurant is very expensive and the food poor and the cost of drinks, in particular wine is extortionate. Rooms are really nice and so is raw Spa. "

"It's was an experience we wanted, to stay in a castle. The Ruthin Castle has a ton of history. It's a bit run down but I guess that could be the charm. The bathroom was beautiful, the rooms (bedroom and living room) were large. Overall, the place seemed quiet and dark. There is not a lot to do in Ruthin. The staff was nice and the room was clean."
