"Strange place, people are friendly enough but just don't have any idea about anything. We asked about local transport into San Jose, no idea, couldn't even tell us what the nearest station was or if there was a bus into town. Literally no idea. Room was overlooking a car park, breakfast was very very basic. Rooms are only cleaned if you ask, swimming pool was small and uninviting, motels location is probably ok if you have a car but just seemed to be on a freeway and miles away from Sunnyvale !! Room was quiet though and staff were friendly. "

"Hotel is absolutely horrible. The pictures online are either super old or AI edited. Everything is falling apart. No AC or heating. 1/2 elevators work, but the one that did work expired in 2023.Homeless everywhere. If I wouldn't have been charged for cancellation, we wouldn't have stayed there. 0/10 recommemd."

"Did not appreciate body wash in shower. Hate the smell of Lavender. Also I asked for a 03:00 wake up call for March 26th. Did not happen. I woke myself up d/t a bad dream or I would have missed my early morning flight. "
