Wonderful Hotel on a little side street adjacent to Rossio Square and close to everything.Special mentions for Janete Ema Daniel Joao and Italo for being so helpful and friendly. All food excellent and rooms immaculately cleaned every day. Thank you all for a lovely holiday - we will be booking again.

Great hotel at a great location. The room was great, service was impeccable - especially, Ritu and Luis go out of their way to help you. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a good parking (Telpark-Valbom) nearby and even Museo Gulbenkien is walking distance. However, if I could just suggest one small thing - it is about the breakfast. We expected a better breakfast with some more choices in a hotel of this standard. Am sure, the management is looking into it. But other than that - great place...

Great position (minutes away from the metro Picoas), clean and friendly. Nice views on the roof breakfast area. Good value for money.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was well cited and quiet given its location in the ‘party district’. We particularly enjoyed the downstairs ‘lounge’ as it was nice to come back at the end of the day and enjoy some delicious herbal tea and orange cake. Would recommend and would return again!

There is a direct (not even any changes) metro from the airport to the hotel - well you have to walk a couple of metres out of the metro station - but literally it’s door to door for €1.80! Also at this metro stop you can get down to Restaurados & Baixa where all the restaurants & touristy stuff is. Couple nice cafes & a Lidl shop right next door to hotel if you don’t want to go more than 100 metres. Hotel staff very welcoming & the room was clean, light & airy. We only slept & ate breakfast...

Lovely property.

As always, this hotel is fabulous and not too far from the centre. However, the "condition" box at a 4* was only because we had a flood in the room - water dripping through the light fitting from possibly the A/C unit and we had to move. A pain after we had unpacked! However they moved us to a suite which was great. Another good thing - there are plenty of LIGHTS in the rooms, unlike most hotels, especially those that have been refurbished. Only gripe was the small number of sun loungers...

We stayed at the CR7 for a long weekend stay. On the whole we had a wonderful stay. We felt very much welcomed the moment we stepped in. The ladies at Front desk were very welcoming & made our check in quick & hassle free, even accommodating our request for having two rooms on the same floor (thank you) The hotel is an old building but inside very modern ( very tech friendly ) & well put together. We enjoyed a 5 night stay in this hotel. Great location near to the main square by the river. Staff very friendly and helpful with a good command of English. Made some excellent recommendations for evening meals. The hotel only has a small breakfast room with breakfast offered individually. Small lounge. Room was great very comfortable king size bed , small seating area. Fridge with small range of drinks and chocolate. Safe in the room which is very useful.

An excellent location, close to the Metro and a short walk to the water. Lots of places to eat nearby or the Time Out market is only a 10 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again if I returned to Lisbon.

Had such a nice stay here. The location is excellent and close to the metro station. Service is outstanding. We chose to get picked up from the airport and was met by a pleasant gentleman who was very helpful. Every morning they leave a breakfast basket outside your door which can be catered to your preferences and it is absolutely delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great for public transport, Campo Pequeno metro and Entrecampos overground train station. I've enjoyed the swimming pool, but there were no fridge in the room .

The hotel was away from the historical centre, but had good transport links including buses and the metro. It was close to the hop-on-hop-off buses at the place where you could swap from one line to another. Opposite the hotel there was a park and the covered greenhouse which was worth a visit. The buffet breakfast offered a good range of food and drink and was in what looked to be an old part of the hotel - possibly an old building which was there previously.
