It’s a series of renovated rooms in different buildings. Lots of stairs to get into the apartment. Not sound proof so you can hear others. A very hilly area so if you’re older, beware! It’s near Plaza da Flores which is lovely and has good places to eat.

Great location at the Principe real area. Surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars and very close to everywhere. Perfect location if you want to be able to walk everywhere. Service is amazing — they provided very useful info for restaurants, public transportation and such. The units are charming, but I want to point out two things — the shower in the bathroom is a bit difficult to control the temperature. I figured it out but the water is really quite hot. I don’t suggest to spend extra and get the room with balcony unless if you are smoker. It’s extra tiny and somewhat uncomfortable to sit out there. The property is also located in the middle of the LGBTQ neighborhood. So it’s easy walk after bar hopping. I enjoyed my stay very much, and will come back!
