room for improvement

The unit itself is lovely, the place was clean and cosy for the duration of my stay. However the property is hard to find, there is no signage on the door and there are a number of properties from the same company all called the same. I feel there is a real opportunity to provide more concise instructions and perhaps even a photo of the property to make it easier to find. I would also like to add the property appears at the wrong address on the map within the Hotels.com app. Now that I know where it is, ultimately I would stay here again

De accomodatie was redelijk gemakkelijk te vinden al mis je snel de deur. Er zit een elektrische code op de deur en de ingang, deze werkt erg goed. De trap omhoog is steil en smal, voor mensen die moeilijk te been zijn begrijp ik dat het moeilijker is. Zelf vonden we het geen probleem. Het appartement was netjes en ruim. Bij het boeken moet je goed opletten welke kamer je boekt om teleurstelling te voorkomen, wij waren blij verrast. Het nadeel van het appartement was de geur. Er hing een beetje een aparte lucht, niet echt een stank maar echt lekker was het ook niet. In het warme Lissabon was de airco een super toevoeging. Erg tevreden

Poderia ser melhor

A localização do apartamento é ótima, o tamanho do apartamento também é ótimo, com uma cozinha bem montada, porém faltaram alguns utensílios de cozinha (já que tinha boa estrutura para se preparar refeições rápidas.) Outro cuidado que o empresa que administra o imóvel deve ter é com a dedetização, pois não era possível deixar nada na bancada da cozinha (qualquer tipo de alimento, inclusive em embalagem fechada que logo aparecia um enxame de formigas. O área de banho também merece atenção pois suporte da ducha estava sem manutenção. Ar condicionado e ventilação do apartamento também são bons. O mais decepcionante foi a cama de casal, uma cama de molas pequena para acomodar 02 pessoas com um colchão totalmente gasto e muito desconfortável "péssima" !!! precisa de troca urgente.

È un appartamento adatto alle esigenze per un periodo di tempo..c'è un letto, un bagno, un angolino piccolo per cucinare, c'è la TV, c'è il condizionatore e il ventilatore ed una finestra.. ideale per due persone.. l'unica pecca le scale sono strette e ripide ed io e il mio compagno stavamo all'ultimo appartamento.. però essendo giovani va benissimo..!! Praticamente non ti da fastidio nessuno.. noi ci siamo trovati bene..!!

This property allowed us to experience the real life way of living like a Lisbonner. Great location and accessibility, which you will have to discover and unfold! Bed was comfortable, and the property is spacious for 2 people. 로컬사람들이 사는 곳이고 위치도 나쁘지 않지만 사진과 다르게 집에 매우 어둡고 창문을 열면 되지만 앞 건물과 가까워서 마음대로 열지 못합니다. 그리고 에어컨이 없기 때문이 날이 더워지면 힘들듯 싶네요. 샴푸나 비누 같은게 구비되어있지 않기 때문에 따로 가져와야해요. 여행정보나 지도 같은 것도 구비되어있지 않고 집주인이 없기 때문에 정보를 얻을 수 없고 연락을 해도 답변이 상당히 늦습니다. 바닥이 나무이고 조금 오래되서 걸으면 소리가 나서 밑에 사람이 살진 않지만 밤에 조금 시끄러워요.

Péssimo!!!

Falta de cordialidade. Tudo querem cobrar. Não disponibilizam local grátis para colocar as malas. O check in só é realizado as 14:00. Queria cobrar até 12 euros para fornecer a senha de entrada. Vou até verificar se não cobraram isso, pq se cobraram vou entrar na justiça. Quando entramos e fomos tomar o primeiro banho verificamos que o banheiro estava entupido. Mandei mensagem e eles não se posicionaram. Tivemos que meter a mão e desentupir o ralo do chuveiro. Rua ruim, apartamento velho, localização não muito boa... Não fico nesse hotel nem de graça mais. Povo sem cordialidade. Parece até que está nos fazendo um favor. E ouvi falar que muitos hóspedes reclamam.

The room was nice and clean with 2 beds. The heater and hot water ran hot which was good. It has everything i needs as washing machines, hair dryer and free wifi and i loved the most was very closely to the local cafe, restaurants and short walked to the beach. Thanks

Einzigartig war nur die Lage, diese war ziemlich zentral. Nicht gefallen hat die Größe des Apartments. Das Apartment entspricht nicht den Fotos und war wesentlich kleiner. Es befand sich im Dachgeschoss und hatte zusätzlich noch schräge Decken. Es war sehr laut. Weil es nicht wärmeisoliert war, war es auch ziemlich kalt. Die Einrichtung war zwar zweckmäßig, entsprach aber eher Sperrmüllqualität. Der Aufstieg in das vierte Obergeschoss ähnelt einer Hochgebirgsklettertour. Die Übergabe war mit dem Zahlencode problemlos.

Cold apartment, I know that Lisbon isn't probably so cold, but even with the AC on we had to spend our time wrapped up in sweaters and covers and sleep wearing socks. The hot water is limited. Most of the items in the apartment seemed to have seen better days in the past. It might need to be freshened up a little. The position is optimal though. The area is convenient and lively, and the staff is absolutely efficient, laid-back and always ready to sort out any issues. Recommended for people who aren't looking for luxury

Boa estadia com mau atendimento

Quando chegamos a limpeza ainda estava a ser feita, mas deixaram nos colocar as malas e voltar mais tarde. A cozinha está bem equipada, dá para cozinhar de tudo. A casa de banho é um pouco limitada, pois os duches têm de ser muito rápidos ou ficamos sem agua quente. Quanto a comodidades, o serviço de TV é anedótico, vários aparelhos de box que nao funcionam a fazer de museu. Quanto ao apoio ao cliente, péssimo, nao atenderam nem retribuíram a chamada, e no chat que falam em 4 línguas viram as sms enviadas mas nao deram resposta. No entanto foi positivo. A localização é boa. Também referir que nao tem roupa para a cama, passamos frio pois nao havia um cobertor no apartamento.

As we arrived (Friday afternoon) in the room it was very hot at the 4th floor beneath the roof .... maybe more than 50 Centigrade (temparature outside some 40 plus the sun shining in) - feeling and sweating like in a sauna But when we switched on the air condition it stopped automatically after some 4 minutes...power fuse fell - there was no electricity. Wy tried several times but again it stopped after some minutes. After reaching an office member (Beatrice) by phone she told us to switch the Electrolux remote control to "FAN" and “high speed“, but it didn`t work either... no electricity after 4 minutes. As it would be impossible to sleep with this high temperature and Beatrice had no other free room or other solution to offer ("electrician not available before monday ...") we have booked an air conditioned room in a hotel for the 5 days we stay in Lisbon. After this week we waited another week for an email answer by the management and at least a refund of the amount we have already paid for a room that is not ok. The answer was "Please note that we had reported the problem to our maintenance team. While the air conditioning was being repaired, we offered a solution, which was refused. We cannot offer any refund under these circumstances." The truth is: there was no repair, there was no solution offered (we phone more than 5 times) and the management´s mail didn´t even show the name of any responsible director of the company. We never made such a bad accomodation experience

La struttura risente della vicinanza di edifici da tempo abbandonati ed è oggetto di deposito di rifiuti da parte di vicini / passanti nei muri perimetrali e perfino sulla porta d'ingresso a piano terra. I locali odorano di muffa e di stantia cucina

Cher payé pour autant de désagréments

Beaucoup de travaux dans les alentours, besoin de contourner des bennes à ordures pour se rendre au logement, bar à proximité qui rend ça très bruyant la nuit et pas de climatisation donc soit on reste les fenêtres fermées pour être au calme et qu'on creve de chaleur, soit on ouvre et on endure.. Quand on laisse les fenêtres fermées ça sent vite l'humidité. Fourmis sur le comptoir, pas de balai à notre disposition, eau chaude max 5 minutes et drain de douche qui deborde aux bout de deux minutes. Disons que ce n'est pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions!

The apartment is designed in a authentic Portuguese way and has a complete kitchen. It is located close to the main Metro station and close to the bus terminal also. It is at a walking distance from few museums and nice eating areas. We loved it there.
