I got a room to stay put all day in busy Lisbon. Ate at Yasuki’s Japanese and the food was amazing, the next morning breakfast was so worth it - unique items and so many options for all sorts of diets. (Thank you for gluten free) I had a detox spa appt scrub, massage, body wrap. The staff was super accommodating when the room they gave me smelled really musty and they let me switch rooms 🙂

This was an excellent stay from start to finish — truly 5 stars in every way. The location is very convenient, and having parking available made everything even easier. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel well taken care of. The room was beautifully spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essential amenities you’d expect — everything felt high quality and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come back to the room after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wonderful variety with plenty of options, all fresh and well presented. Overall, it was a very comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay, and we would absolutely choose this hotel again when visiting Lisbon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this hotel. The room was spacious and cool with a very comfortable bed. Facilities within the room and bathroom were excellent - coffee maker, minibar, quality toiletries, robe and slippers, etc. We loved the thoughtful arrival gift of Port and Pasteis del Nata. All staff were friendly and attentive including reception, poolside and the room attendants. The location is perfect - easy to walk to major attractions or to catch the Metro. We also found numerous good cafes and restaurants nearby. We hope to return soon. Many thanks.

Very good hotel close to the main streets of the city. The staff is very professional and proactive. This hotel is one of the best in Lisboa and became my favorite hotel when I will be in Lisboa.

Great location with a short walk from the main restaurant and bar areas. Staff were very helpful and parking outside the hotel was handy. Pool was a good size and quiet.

Great check-in experience. The staff is VERY accommodating, outstanding service. We have been traveling for the past 4 weeks in Europe and made very good experiences, this is THE BEST. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, nice hotel with amenities like a pool and gym right in the heart of Lisbon for convenient walking access to tons of sights, shops, and restaurants. Felt very safe at both the property and navigating through the surrounding area. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!

New hotel

This time we tried to choose another hotel in Lisbon and it was really a super decision. Close to metro station, friendly staff and excellent, tasty breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. They share a very nice pool with the sister hotel next door. Two drawbacks were the poor bathtub drainage and the cramped toilet.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Whenever I asked the reception for anything, they were kind and accommodating. Room was clean + simple. Pool is lovely and relaxing. Highly recommend!
