"Very friendly and helpful staff!"

"We spent two nights at this hotel, and while the stay wasn’t terrible, it fell short in several areas. Check‑in took longer than it should have—not because of a line, but because the front desk was unattended for several minutes. I’m willing to assume the receptionist may have been helping someone in the back or taking a quick break, but it still made for a less‑than‑smooth arrival. The room was functional but clearly outdated. A few things were broken or worn, and the curtains had a noticeable stale‑smoke smell. Noise was a major issue: the walls are extremely thin, and we could hear people talking and laughing in the halls at 3 AM, as well as someone getting sick in the room next door. Breakfast was simple but fine for a no‑frills hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool due to weather. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel could attract more guests by offering a shuttle to Concord Regional Airport (about a mile away) or to the shops across the street, though this didn’t affect our rate. Check‑out was also impersonal—no staff present, just a bowl for key drop‑off. Overall, we didn’t mind our stay, but we wouldn’t choose this hotel again. "

"This was a nice place to stay at a really good price point. To be upfront, we only stayed one night, so this is just a brief snapshot. The bed was really comfortable. The mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft. The pillows were plentiful and the sofa comfortable. The room smelled fresh when we came in. We saw an ironing board, but we didn't see an iron. Maybe it was in a drawer or cabinet we failed to look in. The outdoor trash was overflowing, with several pizza boxes, bags of soda/beer cans, and other garbage sitting at one of the side entrances. We assumed it was due to the evening hour (9:45 p.m.). However, when we checked out the next day, all that garbage, plus several more items, was loaded beside the side door. We didn't check out until 10:00 am, so the trash pileup sat for 12 hours+. The only other issue was the mop marks near the tub's caulk line beside the toilet. It's happened to me, as well--mopping an area that hasn't been swept and finding a line of dirt, hair, etc left behind. Unfortunately, I noticed a faint odor of old urine when using the bathroom from the time we arrived until we left. Other than those two issues, our stay was nice."

"Bed was terribly ble should be removed and trashed! Shower was wheel chair accessible but I wouldn’t use it it did not appear to be clean. "

"Not easy to access, the hotel or the rooms. Dogs barking constantly, very loud in general. No sound proofing at all."
