We were told during our last visit at the Days Inn (3rd visit in 3 weeks that they were not pet friendly. Eventhough the website states that they are pet friendly and the night check in clerks PUTS ME ON THE 1st floor BECAUSE ITS EASIER AND FASTER TO TAKE YOUR DOG OUT. So who's lying?? "

"The afternoon/evening front desk staff (the young girl with colorful dyed hair) was very unprofessional and rude. When we checked in, she was just lounging on the guest couch in front of the front desk with her phone, she looked like we were inconvenience her for checking in, not pleasant at all. When we came back to ask another question she was just dismissed us. The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water. "
