"We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Grand Hyatt Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally warm, helpful and hospitable. To have my sir name remembered by the bell captain, the concierge, and the front desk, was amazing. And the beds were supper comfortable with a lovely duvet and oversized pillows. Also, the shower was fantastic! Thank you"

This site is so accomodating and beautiful! The only part was the gym and spa are still being finished so they are not available. The temporary gym was made available. "

"Lovely area but the hotel was chopped up around the neighborhood and the phones didn't work so we had to walk around a whole city block to get to the front desk for help. The receptionists were EXCELLENT. Wish the rooms were more conveniently situated. No coffee maker in the room. "

"Only stayed one night but upgraded to a suite on arrival. Staff polite & professional. Excellent nights sleep. Close to Sants train station & Metro links. I can’t comment on breakfast as I ate out. "
