Overall very good, room was quiet as on a separate corridor which was good. Briefly used the pool but the hot tub was emptied for cleaning

The room was a nice size and very clean. Everything felt well maintained, and the space was comfortable for the stay. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Poor check in service, check in supposed to be from 3 pm. By 3:30 pm, the room wasn't ready and the system was down to check guests in anyway. Made it a pain when attending a conference

The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good.

Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room.
