"We enjoyed our stay at Moody Gardens Friday through Sunday. We were there for Showtime Internationals Competition weekend. Moody Gardens was also hosting Ironman. There was plenty parking, everything was clean from lobby to poolside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lunch at the Cafe the food was amazing. We purchased tickets for the day pass for Moody Gardens attractions which is just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable. Overall stay was great. We will be staying again in the future. "

"Quality room and amenities. Staff were pleasant and friendly except the manager, he never smiled, argued loudly with guests, terrible at customer service. If I hadn’t prepaid for my 5 night stay I would have left. And I saw a cockroach in my room two different days. "

"I am e budget traveler. I look for value. That means that sometimes I get a great deal and other times I don't. This was a mixed bag. The receptionist was great. The room was older. There was a big bug in my room, but hey, this is Texas and that will happen. It's no longer in that room."
