"Pretty sure this place has a mold issue. Room smelled musty and when I woke up in the morning I could hardly breathe. Lobby is pretty, gym is OK but no mats. If you have mold allergies you may want to stay elsewhere. Room was pretty old and worn."

"Unfortunately the Pool had several leaves and was not clean. I advised the staff and they stated someone would come down, and the did not. Seeing the infinity pool online is one of the reasons we came. The restaurant breakfast buffet wasn't enjoyable, most of the food was not fresh, hard and unable to chew."

"Location of this hotel is good. It is downtown and close proximity to Daikon Park and Toyota Center. The valet drop off pick up area is very confusing super busy at a very busy intersection that would be my chief complaint and of course, like most downtown towns of major cities, homeless people and people under the influence of certain substances make you feel a bit uneasy of going out once it gets dark not very amenities. You have free coffee, free water, which is great. They also offer toothbrushes and shoe covers razors, etc. at no additional cost."

"Staff is friendly and helpful upon check in and even have umbrellas for rent if needed for the random storms. Our room was clean and maintained during our stay. The hotel itself looked nice while we stayed and they even had floor repair going on in the elevator that was completed so quick I amazed! "

"Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere."
