"There was a water leak in the ceiling dripping all over the bed. The microwave was dirty and the tub had weird yellow stains all over it"

"We stayed here for one night so we could attend a concert downtown. We got there super early and was allowed to check-in for a minimal fee. The man at the front desk was nice and friendly. The 3 bed comfort room was spacious and clean. This was our second time staying here and we would do it again if need be. "

"They had in hole in my wall. They also had roaches in the room. They corporate think. It’s time to steam clean their carpets their Internet do not work, proper in all three of the rooms. The TV kept going off and on."

"The sheets were actually dirty, but because I checked in so late I slept on one side. I also found a dirty towel in the bathroom sink when I walked. There was no remote control for the TV in the room and when I asked for one turns out the TV was not even working. The African American staff was so rude and judgmental towards me. And the in the main hallway was not even working. Then when I gave a 1 rating the same lady at the front desk came confronted me about it like I did her wrong. First of all, she was not supposed to confront me like that. Second she didn’t really want to know why to improve the quality of the business."
