Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely. Only issue was the air con in our room was very loud, not a big problem for us as was only in town for 1 night but could be a problem for a long period.

Excellent experience. Room was available early which was really helpful and the staff were so kind and helpful throughout stay. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was a bonus.

I thought the hotel was fantastic value for money - well located, super convenient with parking, spacious rooms, very good cleaning, great lobby for amenities and atmosphere, excellent breakfast and decent gym. We had 5 days in Houston after coming a very long way and the comfort of the hotel really set us up for the rest of our stay in the USA. Highly recommended, sincerely.
